Morbid curiosities and haunting music was always and still is the heartbeat of Strange Fantasy.
Inspired by the unique and different, and all things phantasmically fantastic, Travis wanted to simply see and hear something new that wasn’t being heard or seen anywhere else.

ashley scarbro
Writer / Producer / Show-Manager / plus Actor
Ashley has always had a passion for theatre and specifically Shakespearian works. Inspired at a young age by Kenneth Branagh and Helena Bonham Carter, which lead her to joining a theatre troop in high-school, where she won best director for “The Libation Bearers” in a state-wide competition. She later developed her love of history, and achieved a bachelors degree in global political economy and history. Ashley had the honour of joining Strange Fantasy as co-writer, Producer, and voice-actor. Ashley has unfortunately never lived out her fantasy of being Alan Rickman’s understudy.

Heath was raised on community theater and from childhood knew that he wanted to be an actor. However, he learned that it can be an unsteady business so he should probably have a backup. Luckily he has an equal passion for music, his other career. Voice work is one of his favorite forms of acting and he has done hundreds of voices for video games, commercials, television, and films. Last year he won a B. Iden Payne award for "Male lead in a comedy" for his original character of "Magnifico" in the original devised La Fenice production of "Death Race Inferno." He has no fiancee, or even a girlfriend thanks to a devastating heartbreak 2 years ago, so he lives vicariously through Martina's bio.

Stephanie is a SAG-AFTRA/Equity UK audiobook narrator, voiceover artist and actress with 30+ years acting/directing experience. With a voice that has been described as warm, vulnerable, calm and sultry, her versatility, and adeptness with accents, has enabled her to work in many different areas of the voiceover community – from commercials to corporate narration, animation to audiobooks. She was the voice of Omega Watches for over 5 years and has done over a hundred voiceovers with clients including IKEA, Audi, Novartis, Roche, and Swiss Airlines to name a few.

Ty Anderson is a Character Voice Actor based in Texas with 8+ years of experience. Ty’s influences range from Looney Toons, classic Saturday Night Live & SCTV to Mel Blanc, Robin Williams and 1970’s Godzilla movies. Ty excels at performing villain voices. His most recent voice works include: Character Voices for Gearbox Software / Alexa Storytime / Amazon kids / Reading app: Rapids / FUNKO / Narrator for the recently released award winning films “Beloved Beast” and “The Chosen.” In Ty’s free time he enjoys hanging out with his family (believe it or not), watching movies, animation and Disc Golf.

Akasha Villalobos is an actress based in Austin, Texas. Notable roles include leads in the horror feature Last Girl Standing, the supernatural sci-fi featurette "Where the Red Fox Lies," superhero epic Now Hiring, and Student Academy Award-nominated short film "Benny." Akasha holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio-TV-Film from the University of Texas and lives with husband and fellow actor Brian Villalobos and two beautiful children.

brian villalobos

Brian Villalobos was born in Orlando, Florida, but moved frequently as a child, with stops in Georgia, Costa Rica, Florida (again), and Texas. He is an award-winning actor, writer, and filmmaker who has performed in well over 100 films, commercials, and stage productions, working and appearing alongside such artists as Richard Linklater, Jesse Plemons, Zachary Levi, Bruce Dern, Carrie-Anne Moss, Thomas Haden Church, Catherine Hardwicke, Richard Riehle, Steven He, and Mark "Markiplier" Fischbach.
He is the son of Carol Prather, a respiratory therapist and university lecturer, and Alvaro Villalobos, a sales executive. His brother, Michael Villalobos, is a professional video-game streamer. He has been married to fellow actor Akasha Villalobos since 2007, and lives in Texas with his family, a phalanx of dogs and cats, and a borderline obsession with Paul Verhoeven's Robocop (1987).

Its pretty simple really I loved Mel Blanc as a kid was enthralled by people like Don Lafontain and all the cartoon voice over artists and documentary narrators. I wanted nothing more than to do that type of work. (I was that nerdy kid at school who did all the voices) As usual life got in the way. I did years of stand up comedy honing my craft, then radio hosting several award winning shows, all made possible by great crews. then... what I'm best known for stage hypnosis. That made me a few bucks and took me places I never thought Id go. Yet always in the back of my mind, somewhere lurked the idea of being a voice actor a voice over artist. So now years later here I am. bringing all the skills I've gathered and learned over the years of performing on stage and in front of the mic.

Carmina’s greatest love is Story Telling. A few of her voice over credits include the game Encodya, and narrating audiobooks such as Hearts In Torment- Series, Forget Me Not, Lanterns in The Sky, and You Saw Too Much - Series. Carmina graduated with her BA in Theatre from Cal State Fullerton. A few of her theatrical credits include roles such as Janet Weiss from Rocky Horror, Cathy Heitt from The Last Five Years, and Linda from Evil Dead the Musical. Her directing credits include Man of La Mancha, Mary Poppins, Miracle on 42nd St, and Annie. This is her first podcast, and is thrilled to be a part of Strange Fantasy Productions!

Growing up in a Chicago suburb and later San Antonio, Ben Lopez always had a fondness for impersonations and imitations. A desire to be The Entertainer had brought him to take an interest and love for music, playing in a couple local groups and eventually writing and releasing music of his own. Currently residing in Virginia, he now has his sights set on pursuing voice acting and animation as a career.

D'Wayne Anthony, 23 years old from San Antonio Texas. I have always been a fan of anime and animation overall and in recent years I've been really focusing on voices and voice acting as a medium in general. Only recently have I actually delved into trying it out myself and found myself having lots of fun.

Mother of two and wife to Ben Lopez, Ali is a first time voice actress who enjoys playing with her children and her voices. She's enjoyed creating voices since childhood and is considering pursuing more work in the future.
Dominica Bowden

Dominica is in phase one of her second career. A dynamic and beloved member of San Antonio’s House Party Improv Troupe and main stage player at Comedy Sportz San Antonio, Dominica regularly performs improv for live audiences to showcase her memorable and comedic versatility. She also acts, starring in commercials for major brands like MegaFoods, Dell, and Hooters and started cutting her theater teeth in ensembles in both “Rent” at San Antonio’s Public Theater and “Elf” at the Woodlawn Theater.
With extensive voice over training from Voice Coaches and Southwest Voices, Dominica breathes life into characters with personalities ranging from witty and vivacious to soothing and sincere. Also a trained singer, she captivates listeners with an authentic, appealing, and powerful voice.

To quote some guy on the Internet "Mom, it was never a phase. It's a lifestyle." What started as an immense love of cartoons and playing pretend became the love of fulfilling diverse narratives and voice to many characters. Trey has been working his craft for the past 8 years for both the Disneyland Resort and Universal Studios helping to bring their many offerings to life. As much as he loves live entertainment all it took was one voice acting class for him to be hooked and there was no looking back. Joining this cast has already been immensely fun and so rewarding as Trey hopes to live out many amazing tales to come!

Martina Ohlhauser has been spinning her heels in the Austin acting community for the last 12 years. A West Fargoan come South/Valley girl Texan, she's taken a jab at stand-up comedy, live-band singing, and improv, ultimately finding herself most at home on the Austin stage. Twice nominated for B. Iden Payne Awards, Martina's stage roles have included Eliza Doolittle in Georgetown Palace's My Fair Lady, Mildred in Different Stages' Fahrenheit 451 and Shannon in Theatre en Bloc's thought-provoking Bethany. You can find her as Phemme Faye-Talle in the award-winning web series, The Pantsless Detective, as Emma in the 2017 Austin 48-HR Film winner “Goodbye, Meemaw”, and in a slew of random short films and sketches available on the world wide webby web. She's been honored to be on the Strange Fantasy team since Season 1, where the voices in her head can finally have a voice in yours. But her fave thing in the world is idolizing her amazing fiancé, as he is perfect at everything, including, but not limited to, the sex act.
robert c. williams

Robert has been an actor and singer since age 8, participating in 20 stage productions (most notably as a break dancing Snoopy in "Common Man Players" production of "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"), extra in two movies, and director of the first production of A. R. Gurney's "The Dining Room" ever staged in Birmingham, Alabama. He has won several awards in speech and forensics in high-school and in college, later participating in one of his local Toastmasters chapters for a few years. After decades of being mistaken for an answering machine recording on phone conversations, he finally baritoned his way into the Strange Fantasy studio, where he breathes life into Travis' scripts, and dreams of the moment when that one big voiceover client will bring him riches untold.

LaTrelle Ziegler is a mother to two wonderful children who are both terrified of this Podcast.. I love music, and my hobbies include singing, basketball, and watching movies… I have been a fan of strange fantasy since day one and I am thrilled to actually be a part of the show! Fun fact: the thing about flesh eating zombies and old people is… They are the same thing. LOL just kidding, or am I?

Ashton Simmons is a San Antonio based filmmaker, photographer, and actor. He made his debut with Strange Fantasy Show in 2022 in the theatrical production “Beneath the Surface,” which included “Veil of Tragedy” and “Belly of the Beast.” He conducts his photography and videography projects under the moniker “The Undead Homie."
Rhys Ballinger

Rhys has come into voice acting from extensive experience in both musical theatre, opera and other music performances. Including lead roles in 'The Pirates Of Penzance' as the Pirate king, lead baritone in 'Mozart's Requiem', lead singer of a pop/country duet and many other supporting roles and shows. He holds an associates degree in classical singing and has competed regularly in local and state wide competitions in performing arts, music and singing.
